Once you click on a provider’s name, a new interaction panel will open on your right side. Here you will be able to begin communication by clicking on any of the two icons on the upper right corner of your screen. You can connect with your providers via chat or video call.
Chat
You will see all contacts available on the left panel and will be able to chat with the selected contact using the chat panel on the right.
Simply type the desired text into the text box at the bottom of your chat panel and click “SEND” to send a message.
Video Call
You will also be able to initiate a video call with the selected contact by selecting the video icon on the left panel. The receiving user will see a call icon flash alerting them of the incoming call. Once the call is answered you will see the video of the recipient and begin your video conversation.
Audio Call
As a patient user, you can receive phone calls to your cell phone/land line from your care provider. If your provider initiates an audio call with you, the call will go directly to the phone number you provided (if any).
